4:12pm. Bolton identifies a picture that shows the man who carjacked him. While the man is not identified by name, it is a photograph of Walter Richardson, the man believed to have shot Officer Corr.

i will leave a comment on the fact of how the tow truck driver did an excellent job on remaining as calm as he could in a situation that he faced,knowing that at any point in time his life could have been taken as well.u did what u needed to do and thank god u were left unharmed and made it back home safely.i have no idea what i would have done myself,your actions in my eyes were just as curageous as the officers chasing these filthy convicts.and your roll of being a victim i'm sure played a great part in locating richardson.i also feel the employee's at lennon's should be honored for their bravery and duties as well.i grew up in utica/rome/remsen and now live in east tennessee but watch video clips and read wktv.com and utica o.d.com on a daily basis.and have closely followed this trial and case since the tragic event happend.god bless everyone related/family/friends/to joe corr u are being thought about even 900 miles away!! ty again wktv for keeping us who arent in the local communinty of the mohawk valley updated on the news that happens from day to day.
