DNA Swabs

4:10pm. Tanika Biss, a State Police forensic scientist, takes the stand.

-Several DNA swabs were taken from the getaway car. They include swabs of blood.

-Investigators also made small cuts to articles of clothing linked to the crimes. Swabs were then taken from those cuts, which were from the mouth section of a ski mask, and nose section of ski goggles

Andy,

Should have stayed for the next witness he linked the DNA swabs to Healy placing him in the suspect vehicle.

andy i have been watching this since the day it all occured i was born and raised in the utica area now resided in east tennessee and last blog i seen was when they were telling how she swapped the goggles and things didnt see anything more.

also like to ty again andy for keeping us posted on the trial.if it wasnt for wktv.com and utica od those of us who use to reside in upstate ny wouldnt have a clue as to what goes on where we use to live.i know me myself wished there was a live feed on the news for wktv.com at least once during the day,and not just video clips of major events.i like to know what goes on where i use to live.especially being we have family and friends who are still in upstate ny. ty again roger in east tennessee

Thanks for the comments and for reading the blog. We have just purchased a device to provide "live" video on WKTV.com. Plans are to stream at least one newscast per day as well as breaking news events. The device should be here before the end of the month. Like this blog, it will create a whole new method to communicate news and information.
