The Rolex Watches
3:53pm. John Flaherty, the national advertising manager for Rolex, takes the stand.
-There are approximately 800 authorized Rolex dealers in the USA. Roughly 15 in upstate New York. Two or three in the Syracuse-Utica area.
-Jewelers must meet certain terms in order to be considered an authorized Rolex dealer.
-Flaherty testified that 1-800-367-6539 (1-800-36-ROLEX) is the number you dial if you seek information about Rolex purchases or to locate a dealer. Caller would provide a ZIP code, and would then be given the four nearest Rolex locations.
-Lennon's W.B. Wilcox Jewelers & two Henry Wilson Jewelers (from DeWitt & Syracuse) are listed on a report as official Rolex jewelers.
-In February 2006, four inquiries were made to the above phone number seeking information on Lennon's-Wilcox Jewelers. The number of the phone used for making the calls is unknown.
4:04pm. On cross-examination, Wittman seeks more details on the Rolex phone records.
Flaherty is off the stand at 4:06pm. He is followed by Tanika Biss, a NYSP forensic scientist.

Why would they have this guy ? What could he possibly offer ? Was he in the store when this happened ?
OK I see where thay are going with this
they are just trying to prove healy called rolex and got the info on upstate ny.
Yeah, but if they can't trace the phone number that made the call, seems kinda worthless to me.
Andy, congratulations on the great job detailing the events of the trial. I understand the frustration that others experience with reading the blog, however, despite how trivial something may appear it is absoutely imperative that every "I" be dotted and "T" crossed. The U.S. Constitution guarantees each and every citizen of this great country the right to a trial by jury and the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty. Obviously, the evidence speaks for itself, regardless it is imperative to follow the proper procedure in order to achieve a successful trial result. Avoiding unpleasant questioning or taking shortcuts will not help the judicial process, it will only add to the trial process be dragged out over a longer period of time. Like all the other bloggers here, I feel for the Corr family. So lets give them the support they need and not focus on the negative aspects of this trial and upon our own ignorance. The defense attorney (while she may not have the best of clients) is doing her job. Wouldn't you want some one watching your back?
wonder how long this trial will last before they say hes guilty and also wondering when they will find out his real identity.
I don't know why his true identity has not been established by now. Obviously this is not his first crime and he should have prints on file dating back to his first encounters with law enforcement.
probably because it will screw things up in the trial but i dont see how.so they will just use him as healy
i think healy is enjoying his time at the court house personally he doesnt have to sit in his cell.or at the jail.
